We would like to point out that you must have reached the legal minimum age for the consumption of spirits in order to be able to order alcoholic beverages on our Spiritsup website. This also applies to less strong drinks such as alcopops and wine.
We ask you not to give false information about your age in order to purchase alcoholic beverages via SpiritsUp.
We also appeal to our adult customers never to give alcoholic drinks to minors. We assume that our customers act responsibly and are aware of their actions.
The minimum age for purchasing on Spiritsup is 18 years. However, there are regulations in individual countries that stipulate a higher minimum age by law.
Customers from the following Scandinavian countries must be at least 20 years old to shop on Spiritsup: Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden. Customers from Canada must be at least 19 years old and customers from the USA must be at least 21 years old.
